Sautéed Tagliatelle with Spinach and Mushrooms

This pasta dish is perfect to accompany meat dishes, such as minced meat roll or breaded cutlets.

Ingredients

• 300 g (10.6 oz) of green tagliatelle
• 300 g (10.6 oz) of fresh sliced mushrooms
• 300 g (10.6 oz) of frozen spinach
• 150 ml (5.1 fl oz) of olive oil
• 4 cloves of garlic, minced
• Salt to taste

Instructions

1. 1
   In a pot of boiling water, season with salt.
   Add the tagliatelle and a drizzle of olive oil.
   Cook for 10 minutes.
   After the pasta is cooked, drain.

   In another pot of boiling water, season with salt.
   Add the spinach and cook for 5 minutes.
   After cooking, drain the spinach.

   In a frying pan, heat half of the olive oil and half of the garlic.
   Stir and let it heat up.
   Add the mushrooms, stir, and fry until the water evaporates.

   In another frying pan, heat the remaining olive oil and the rest of the garlic.
   Let it warm up a bit and add the spinach.
   Stir and fry for 2 minutes.

   Add the pasta and mix well.
   Add the mushrooms, stir everything, and fry for 3 minutes.
   Once everything is sautéed, it is ready to serve.
