Quinoa Salad with Salmon

Salads are always welcome on summer days.
In this delicious salad, you can replace grilled salmon with raw salmon; in this case, cut it into cubes, season with salt, pepper, and lime juice, and marinate for 12 minutes.
You can also swap the salmon for grilled chicken.
To the salad, you can also add yellow bell pepper cubes and pineapple.
