Oreo Mousse

This recipe has been requested several times, as it is greatly enjoyed especially by children and because it is very quick to make.
The mousse made with the original cookie is always the most sought after. You can also make it with Oreo cookies with double the filling, white Oreo cookies or even filled with other flavors such as strawberry and peanut.

Ingredients:

• 200 g (7 oz) of Oreo cookies
• 1 can of condensed milk with 397 g (14 oz)
• 600 ml (2.5 cups) of cream for whipping, preferably fresh
• Mini Oreo cookies for decoration

Instructions:

1. In a processor or a chopper, crush the cookies.
2. Beat the cream until it becomes quite consistent.
   While beating, add the condensed milk and beat until everything is well mixed.
3. With a spoon, mix the cookies with the cream.
4. Divide the mousse into individual cups or place in a large bowl.
   Refrigerate for about 4 hours until the mousse is very cool.
   If you want, you can also freeze it and make ice cream.
   When serving, decorate as desired with the mini Oreo cookies.
