Meringue Dessert with Berries and Egg Yolk Sweet

This dessert is perfect for those unexpected meals with family and friends, as it is quite quick to prepare.
It's also ideal for the inexperienced - you can't go wrong.
If you prefer less sweet desserts, you can add more berries or an additional 200g (7 oz) of crème fraîche.
Crème fraîche is a type of cream that can be found in supermarkets, in the fresh cream section.
For this dessert, the berries used should be fresh and never frozen.

Ingredients

• 180 g (6.3 oz) of small meringues
• 125 g (4.4 oz) of blueberries
• 125 g (4.4 oz) of blackberries
• 125 g (4.4 oz) of raspberries
• 300 g (10.5 oz) of egg yolk sweet
• 400 g (14.1 oz) of crème fraîche

Instructions

   In a bowl with water, place the berries and wash them well.
   Carefully remove the berries, drain them, and place them on a tray with absorbent paper.

   In a tray or serving dish, place half of the broken meringues.
   Over it, spread half of the crème fraîche in small portions.
   Also, spread half of the egg yolk sweet in small portions.

   On top of the dessert, place half of the berries.

   In the same way, place the remaining broken meringues, the crème fraîche, the egg yolk sweet, and the berries on top.

   Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours until the dessert is cool.
