This fish recipe is one of the tastiest and healthiest we can eat.
The fish is cooked within the salt, retaining all its moisture and flavor.
It is essential not to remove the fish's scales so that it doesn't absorb too much salt and become overly salty.
You can make this recipe with other fish such as sea bream, meagre, snapper, or any fish of your choice.
You can also cook different fish sizes by reducing or increasing the cooking time by 15 minutes per 0.5 kg (1.1 lbs).
