Chicken Pâté

This pâté is perfect for summer and for using up leftovers.
For a more flavorful result, opt for roasted chicken.

Ingredients:

• Leftover ½ cooked chicken, preferably roasted and shredded
• 200 g (7 oz) of mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon of mustard
• Black pepper
• 2 hard-boiled eggs
• 50 g (1.8 oz) of chopped pickles
• 50 g (1.8 oz) of green olives stuffed with pimento, halved
• Chopped parsley

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine the chicken, mayonnaise, and mustard.
2. Season with black pepper and add parsley to taste.
3. Using a mixer, beat at the lowest speed to shred the chicken finely.
4. With a spoon, mix in the olives and pickles.
   Finally, mix in the chopped eggs using a knife.
5. Refrigerate until the pâté is chilled.
   Serve this recipe as a pâté or for making sandwiches.
