Boiled shrimp is a staple on our tables all year round, but it's an essential dish during festive seasons.
While many people opt for pre-cooked shrimp from the supermarket, it's never as fresh and tasty as the shrimp we cook at home.
Sometimes the simplest things can spark the most discussion and exchange of ideas.
There are many ways to prepare and season shrimp, such as cooling it in ice water seasoned with plenty of salt.
In my recipe, I use some seasonings not commonly found in boiled shrimp that make them even more flavorful.
The method of preserving the moisture of the shrimp after cooking ensures that it retains all its flavor and becomes perfectly cooked and firm as it should be.
