Almond Cake

This cake is very simple and extremely delicious.
You can make it with almond flour with or without skin.
If you don't have it, you can always grind the almonds in a grinder.
You can also make it with other nuts such as walnuts and hazelnuts.
You can fill it with egg jam, whipped cream, chocolate ganache, brigadeiro, butter cream, or another filling of your choice.
This cake is the most used here at home for birthday cakes.
